“Corruption is the greatest obstacle to reducing poverty” (World Bank). Yet corruption is widespread and frequently tolerated, seen as a disease that cannot be eradicated.
Artists Against Corruption will generate awareness of the real damage it causes, with the aim of reducing tolerance.
It is an international campaign driven multi-arts project that will see the link between corruption and poverty exposed through photography, literature, music, dance, theatre etc.
The project will begin in Brazil and will grow as partners around the world are identified. Already we are attracting a great deal of interest from international organisations keen to support the initiative.
